Design Technology

During Design Technology this quarter is very good and fun of course. We created a lot of Indonesian food this quarter, different kind of food all over Indonesia for each different people. For example me, I created Kwetiau goreng sapi, and the others cook other food such as rendang ayam, satay and a bunch of delicious food. All of the taste was exquisite. We also did a lot of criteria during this process, such as making the food, reflection and planning.  Before we took step on creating our own traditional foods, we created other traditional food in groups, and my group created kwetiau. The sample that I chose is evaluation on criterion E when i created Ikan Colo - Colo from the other group. I chose this one because I did a great job, getting a perfect score on the criteria which is why I have displayed it here. I got a 6/6 for this criteria and I feel really proud about it. Although I got a perfect score on this one, there will still need improvements, where I should keep this consistency for the near future. Keep my grade consistent in order to get perfect scores all the time, so that is what I will do in the future.


AOI

I took action in this subject by cooking the traditional food for my group, which I have sometimes argued with my teammates in order to get the correct taste for the food. We also needed some creative thinking in order to design the food for putting it on the plate in order to make it look nice. Also we have transfer our knowledge and skills to this food because of what we have learn from the past, such as cooking, cutting and so and so forth has took a great role for the success of this food which is the main reason of why I got a perfect score.
